Installing HDPE 200mm Mainline

2.6 Km at Al Forsan Destination - Riyadh - NHC

About Project

Bloom Landscape executed the main irrigation line at Al Forsan Destination under Al Hadab Contracting Company, working under the umbrella of the client National Housing Company (NHC). The project consisted of installing approximately 2.6 km of HDPE pipeline with a diameter of 200 mm, forming a key component of the irrigation infrastructure serving the development. The scope of work included excavation, preparation of the sand bedding, supply and installation of HDPE pipes, and all related irrigation components.

Challenges & Solutions

The project was successfully completed including pressure testing, commissioning, and final backfilling of the pipeline trench. The installed 200 mm HDPE main line now serves as a reliable backbone for the irrigation network within Al Forsan Destination, ensuring efficient water distribution to support the landscape development of the project.

Project Outcome

The successful completion of the pump station provided Al Yamama Cement with a reliable and efficient irrigation infrastructure capable of serving approximately 2,000,000 m² of landscape areas. The system ensures stable water distribution throughout the irrigation network while protecting the pumping equipment from pressure fluctuations and debris. This project demonstrates Bloom Landscape’s capability to deliver high-performance irrigation infrastructure for large-scale industrial facilities, ensuring operational reliability and long-term sustainability.
